This week, a look back at four of our featured listings from six months ago focuses on homes in Clinton Hill, Bed Stuy, Midwood, and Flatbush. How did they fare?
First up, this 1870s Clinton Hill brownstone hadn’t changed hands in decades and is filled with lovingly cared-for period details like marble mantels, wood floors, pocket doors, and a pass-through. This former House of the Day entered contract this month.
In the Stuyvesant Heights Historic District, this well-preserved three-family is part of a row of Romanesque and Renaissance Revival houses. This former Open House Pick was taken off the market in November.
In Midwood, this standalone house is set up as a two-family with a garage. This former Open House Pick sold in December for $1.6 million, which was $99,000 under the asking price.
Finally, within walking distance of Brooklyn College, this Flatbush one-bedroom has a generously sized layout, four closets, and some features from its original 1930s construction date. This former Co-op of the Day sold in January for the asking price of $350,000.
