This week, a look back at four of our featured listings from six months ago focuses on homes in Clinton Hill, Bed Stuy, and Bay Ridge. How did they fare?

First up, this 1870s brownstone is in the Clinton Hill Historic District, and images show a few interior period details still in place. This former Open House Pick sold in December for $3.135 million, which was $460,000 under the asking price.

In Bed Stuy, this two-family Neo-Grec brownstone retains some period details — including marble mantels, wood floors, and an original stair — and the exterior has been restored. This former House of the Day was taken off the market in September.

In Bay Ridge, a brick semi-detached house is a two-family with a garage. This former Open House Pick sold in January for $1.47 million, which was $129,000 under the asking price.

Finally, an intriguing one-bedroom unit in an 1890s mansion in the Bedford Historic District is an income-restricted HDFC co-op and has original details as well as recent updates. This former Co-op of the Day entered contract in December.
