This week, a look back at four of our featured listings from six months ago focuses on homes in Brooklyn Heights, Fort Greene, Bed Stuy, and Bay Ridge. How did they fare?
First up, an impressive 30 feet wide, this Brooklyn Heights townhouse is certainly spacious and includes six working fireplaces and a home theater. This former Open House Pick is still available for $16 million.
Even being sold as “as-is” and with only a handful of photos, this wide Fort Greene row house is intriguing. This former House of the Day sold in September for $3.35 million, which was $50,000 over the asking price.
Its exterior showcases the fine attention to detail the Brooklyn architectural firm Parfitt Brothers were known for, and the layers of ornament aren’t lacking on the interior of this Bed Stuy townhouse either. This former House of the Day is still available for $3.795 million, a price cut of $200,000.
Finally, in Bay Ridge, this semi-detached house is a single-family with a garage. This former Open House Pick sold in August for $1.336 million, which was $64,000 under the asking price.
