This week, a look back at four of our featured listings from six months ago focuses on homes in Fort Greene, Bed Stuy, and Marine Park. How did they fare?

First up, this 1850s row house is in the Brooklyn Academy Historic District. The Fort Greene two-family is set up with a triplex above a garden rental and the renovated house includes marble mantels, wood floors, and plasterwork. This former Open House Pick entered contract in September.

Set up as a two-family, this Bed Stuy brownstone retains some 1890s touches, has had a few upgrades, and still has room for a new owner to make some tweaks. The 18-foot-wide dwelling comes with mantels, moldings, ceiling medallions, and some stained glass. This former House of the Day is still available for $1.875 million, a price cut of $315,000.

Staying in Bed Stuy, this Queen Anne is a two-family set up with a rental over a duplex. The kitchen in the duplex is on the garden level and opens into a sunroom. This former Open House Pick sold in August for $1.975 million, which was $20,000 under the asking price.

Finally, in Marine Park this detached single-family has a private driveway and a garage. This former Open House Pick sold in July for $970,000, which was $15,000 under the asking price.
