This week, a look back at four of our featured listings from six months ago focuses on homes in Park Slope, Crown Heights, and Williamsburg. How did they fare?

First up, this 1880s townhouse in the Park Slope historic district has details like wood floors, mantels, and wainscoting. This former Open House Pick sold in August for $6.1 million, which was $600,000 over the asking price.

Designed by architects Slee & Bryson, this early 20th century brick home in Crown Heights has a picturesque exterior that is matched by the photogenic, art-filled interior. This former House of the Day sold in June for $2.375 million, which was $200,000 over the asking price.

Also in Crown Heights, this brick single-family has wall moldings, wood floors, and stained glass as well as some modern updates. The former Open House Pick sold in July for $2,398,500, which was $403,500 over the asking price.

Finally, this Williamsburg apartment is on the petite side, but it is renovated, has two bedrooms, and the monthly maintenance is on the low end. It’s also an affordable HDFC co-op with income limits. This former Co-op of the Day sold in June for $885,000, which was $46,000 over the asking price.
