This week, a look back at four of our featured listings from six months ago focuses on homes in Park Slope, Bed Stuy, Prospect Lefferts Gardens, and Windsor Terrace. How did they fare?

First up, this Park Slope manse’s imposing Romanesque Revival facade is already impressive and it also has an abundance of space and some fine original woodwork. This former House of the Day was taken off the market in June.

In Bed Stuy, an 1890s row house has white-painted woodwork, parquet floors, and an adjoining garage. This former Open House Pick sold in July for $2.6 million, which was $395,000 under the asking price.

While this single-family row house in the Prospect Lefferts Gardens Historic District likely needs some bathroom and kitchen updates, it has a wealth of details, including wainscoting, mantels, and a pass-through. This former House of the Day sold in May for the asking price of $2.995 million.

Finally, a two-family in Windsor Terrace includes details like a pier mirror, mantels, fretwork, and wood floors. This former Open House Pick sold in July for $2.828 million, which was $328,000 over the asking price.
