This week, a look back at four of our featured listings from six months ago focuses on homes in Cobble Hill, Park Slope, Windsor Terrace, and West Midwood. How did they fare?

First up, for a buyer who wants a fresh infusion of color, this Cobble Hill townhouse got a makeover that brought a new palette to the expansive 1880s residence. This former House of the Day is still available for $10.995 million, a price cut of $2 million.

In a building designed by Emery Roth, this Park Slope co-op has three bedrooms, original Art Deco baths, a laundry room, and space for entertaining. This former Co-op of the Day sold in June for $3.4 million, which was $150,000 over the asking price.

In Windsor Terrace this single-family has wood floors and an inglenook. Recently renovated with an updated kitchen and bathrooms, it appears to be in move-in condition. This former Open House Pick sold in April for $2.995 million, which was $245,000 over the asking price.

Finally, in West Midwood, this single-family detached house has a few period details like wood floors and stained glass. This former Open House Pick sold in May for $1.55 million, which was $49,999 under the asking price.
