This week, a look back at four of our featured listings from six months ago focuses on homes in South Midwood, Gowanus, Prospect Lefferts Gardens, and Flatlands. How did they fare?

First up, there are only a handful of listing photos for this Queen Anne standalone, but they give a tantalizing glimpse of some fine interior details, including built-ins, stained glass, mantels, wood floors, and pocket doors. This former House of the Day was taken off the market in March.

This petite house in Gowanus has been renovated and has a landscaped rear yard. This former Open House Pick sold in March for $3.545 million, which was $245,000 over the asking price.

In the Prospect Lefferts Gardens Historic District, this early 20th century row house was designed by Benjamin Driesler. This former Open House Pick sold in April for $1.87 million, which was $120,000 over the asking price.

Finally, this semi-detached Tudor in Flatlands has some period details like wood floors and arched doorways. This former Open House Pick sold in June for $731,000, which was $41,000 over the asking price.
