This week, a look back at four of our featured listings from six months ago focuses on homes in Clinton Hill, Ditmas Park West, Fort Greene, and Canarsie. How did they fare?

First up, already stylishly renovated when it was last on the market in 2020, this Clinton Hill brownstone has some new design touches while historic details have been left in place. This former House of the Day sold in May for $5.8 million, which was $450,000 under the asking price.

In Ditmas Park West, this standalone Edwardian with a porch and driveway is brimming with woodwork and stained glass. This former Open House Pick entered contract in February.

The price tag is on the higher end for a one-bedroom, but this photogenic Fort Greene unit does have some extra perks for the money, including a recent renovation, loft storage, and an enclosed terrace. This former Co-op of the Day sold in March for $1.653 million, which was $253,000 over the asking price.

Finally, in Canarsie this spacious three-story standalone with a porch is a two-family with a garage. The former Open House Pick sold in February for $995,000, which was $6,000 over the asking price.
