This week, a look back at four of our featured listings from six months ago focuses on homes in Brooklyn Heights, Prospect Lefferts Gardens, Williamsburg, and Sheepshead Bay. How did they fare?

First up, in Brooklyn Heights this wood-frame house in the historic district got an interior renovation with new floors, an all-white kitchen, and updated mechanicals. This former Open House Pick sold in January for the listing price of $4.995 million.

In Prospect Lefferts Gardens, this 1890s row house has wainscoting, moldings, pocket doors, and a pass-through. This former Open House Pick was taken off the market in October.

Awash in creamy tones, this loft has a spacious layout with three bedrooms, a fair amount of storage, and enticing Williamsburg Bridge views. This former Condo of the Day sold in December for $2.65 million, which was $150,000 over the asking price.

Finally, in Sheepshead Bay this petite single-family house has off-street parking. This former Open House Pick sold in February for $899,000 which was $51,000 under the asking price.
