First up, part of an impressive Romanesque Revival row, this Crown Heights townhouse is filled with woodwork, mantels, interior shutters, and other period details alongside some modern updates. This former House of the Day sold in November for $3.55 million, which was $50,000 over the asking price.
This early 20th century single-family limestone row house in Prospect Lefferts Gardens contains wood floors, a mantel, built-ins, and a renovated kitchen. This former Open House Pick sold in December for $2.36 million, which was $10,000 over the asking price.
In a character-filled cul-de-sac of Colonial Revival dwellings, this early 20th century Flatbush row house has been updated with central air and a new kitchen, but there are still some period details to see. This former House of the Day sold in November for the asking price of $1.695 million.
Finally, in East Flatbush, this detached tapestry brick house has wood floors, a mantel, stained glass, and other details. This former Open House Pick sold in January for $730,000, which was $5,000 over the asking price.
