This week, a look back at four of our featured listings from six months ago focuses on homes in Park Slope, Ditmas Park, Midwood, and Clinton Hill. How did they fare?

First up, in the Park Slope Historic District, this renovated brownstone has wood floors, mantels, and built-ins. This former Open House Pick was taken off the market in November.

A wide wraparound porch certainly adds to the curb appeal of this Colonial Revival standalone in Ditmas Park — and the house also offers an abundance of bedroom space, a big yard, and a garage. This former House of the Day sold in November for $3.075 million, which was $80,000 over the asking price.

A semi-detached brick one-family in Midwood boasts some mid-20th century style and comes with its own garage and a shared driveway. This former Open House Pick sold in December for $987,000, which was $8,000 under the asking price.

Finally, in one of a pair of early 20th century Beaux-Arts style walkups, this income-restricted HDFC (Housing Development Fund Corporation) co-op offers high ceilings, a flexible layout, and prewar details for a below-market price. This former Co-op of the Day entered contract in November.
