Williamsburg House With Pool and Three More to See This Weekend, Starting at $1.545 Million
From Williamsburg to Bay Ridge, all of the open house picks this week are move-in ready — one is in a historic district and the others have curb appeal.

All of the open house picks this weekend are move-in ready. From Williamsburg to Bay Ridge, we have a classic Neo-Grec/Italianate brownstone and an Edwardian brick home with a garage. One is in a historic district with original details, while the others have tremendous curb appeal.
First up, we have a three-story mid 19th century home in Williamsburg with circa 1900 alterations. It’s been recently renovated with new kitchen, baths and floors. There’s two new decks, one off the kitchen and the other surrounding the above-ground pool, and a front and rear garden. The main living space is open, with built-ins and exposed beams, and there’s a washroom off the kitchen. The master bedroom has an en suite half bath, there’s a full bath on the top floor and another half bath off the washroom.
Next, we have a renovated one family brick home in Prospect Lefferts Gardens with a shared driveway. The kitchen is large, with parquet floors, exposed brick, plenty of cabinetry and counter space and a small wine fridge. It’s open to the main living space. There are three bedrooms, two of which are nicely sized, one connecting to a front deck on the second floor. The cellar has a kitchen, a bedroom and living space with a wall of shelving — the listing calls it “an ideal family/guest quarters.” There’s a front garden, and the home is two blocks from Prospect Park.
Moving to Bed Stuy, we have a two-family Neo-Grec/Italianate brownstone with original details such as parquet floors, french doors and plaster moldings. Built in 1876 and located in the Bedford Stuyvesant/Expanded Stuyvesant Heights Historic District, it’s been in the hands of the same owner for the last 25 years and could be configured as a duplex with a rental on either the top floor or garden rental. There are four bedrooms — with a pass-through between the larger two on the top floor — and three full baths. The garden level kitchen could use some updates.
Wrapping it up, we have an early 20th century red brick and limestone house in Bay Ridge with a back deck on the second floor and a garage. Not many details appear to be left inside, but there’s exposed brick, stained glass, a skylight, french doors and an Arts and Crafts-style brick fireplace in the living room. The kitchen has a good deal of counter space and storage, with a breakfast nook in the back. There are two bathrooms, one with a tub and a glass-enclosed shower, the other with a curved vanity. Coffered ceilings can be found in the dining room. The listing says there are four bedrooms but only two are pictured — one looks to be nicely sized with large windows, while the other is smaller, currently used as an office. The basement is finished, and the house is only 1.5 blocks from Narrows Botanical Garden and the water.
