Here’s a look at how four of our featured listings from six months ago fared on the market.

Here’s a Gowanus townhouse that’s been gut renovated and dressed up with high-end, modern finishes by the design firm Lyons Studio. It’s at 191 8th Street, between 3rd and 4th Avenues, on the edge of a neighborhood that’s seen a lot of change lately, and is likely to see a good bit more. This former House of the Day switched brokers but is still on the market for a reduced price of $3.75 million.

Here’s a grand figure of a house, in both its size and its appointments. It’s a newly renovated detached brick townhouse at 63 Maple Street, a Neo-Georgian and Spanish Revival mix built in 1924 in what’s now the Prospect Lefferts Gardens Historic District. This former House of the Day sold earlier this month for $2.86 million, which was $740,000 less than the asking price.

This two-bedroom Prospect Heights co-op has generous spaces, prewar details and views of the Brooklyn Museum and Botanical Garden. It’s on the seventh floor of the 186-unit Turner Towers, the 1927 Art Deco gem at 135 Eastern Parkway. Since it was initially listed, this former Co-op of the Day switched brokers and entered contract in March.

And wrapping it up, a townhouse on Clinton Street in Carroll Gardens that’s been given a luxe makeover. It’s quite a narrow one — a mere 13 feet wide — but with four floors and a single-family configuration, it offers decent space. This former Open House Pick sold in February for $3.75 million, which is $100,000 over the asking price.
