This Ditmas Park Home With a Saltwater Pool, Garage, Delft-Tiled Fireplace Asks $2.785 Million
Here’s a Ditmas Park standalone on Argyle Road that brings a lot to the table.

Here’s a Ditmas Park standalone at 520 Argyle Road that brings a lot to the table. It’s huge, for starters. It’s also beautifully renovated and in prime condition, with a new roof and new mechanicals. It’s got a driveway, a garage, central air, a humidity-control system and choice original details.
And it’s got some features not often found in Brooklyn, chief among them an in-ground saltwater pool. There’s also a cabana/artist studio with a retracting door and a looker of a space where you’d least expect to find it: on the top floor, where we find a great room with 19-foot cathedral ceilings and a wet bar with a wine fridge and an ice machine.
The house is a three-story, with 3.5 baths and five bedrooms, including a master with a window bench, a dressing room and a marble en suite bath with radiant-heated floors and a double vanity. The ground floor holds an expansive living room and a large dining room as well as the kitchen.

If you’re looking to check a box in the negative column, the latter has windows that sit unusually high. But it’s quite a nice one otherwise, with an island of poured concrete, a six-burner Wolf range, marble countertops, a double-doored Sub-Zero and radiant-heated reclaimed wood floors.
We haven’t even gotten into the details, which include floors with beautiful inlays that are in amazingly good shape. There’s also leaded glass, including a window bay on the stairway landing, a unique Delft-tiled fireplace, and pristine dark wood paneling and mahogany ceiling beams in the dining room.
So, like we said, there’s a lot here. The ask is $2.785 million, the broker is Jeffrey St. Arromand of Corcoran. What do you think?
