Would You Pay $925K for This Condo in a 19th Century Bed Stuy Building?
If you had $925,000 to spend on a two-bedroom, would you prefer a recently converted condo in Bed Stuy or an older co-op in Park Slope?

Check out this two-bedroom condo in a converted 19th century building in Bed Stuy for sale with an asking price that seems to us to be about on par with what you would pay for a similar apartment in Park Slope: $925,000.
Mind you, it has two bathrooms, not just one, and air conditioning (but also forced air). Also, it’s a condo and has a tax abatement. Most inexpensive two-bedrooms in older buildings in Park Slope are co-ops.
However, like them, it’s also a walkup. It was converted in 2014, and unit No. 2 sold for $890,000 in 2016.
The listing is from Jamella Swift of Keller Williams. Located on the third floor of 535 Throop Avenue, it’s having an open house Sunday, March 31, from 2:30 to 3:30 p.m.
Curious what you think: Will this sell for ask?
