The kitchen is quite large, and going by the photos it seems to double as the living room — without a floorplan we can’t say for sure, but no separate living room is pictured. Not an ideal setup, but the space looks large enough to work.

Subway access is a minus: the closest station is the Sutter Avenue-Rutland Road stop on the 3 train, and it’s over a half-mile off. The B46 select bus runs up nearby Utica Avenue, though, and connects to the train at Eastern Parkway.
