The recently launched Brooklyn Heights condo 75 Clinton had its first open house on Sunday, and as of yesterday eight contracts had been signed. So far bigger spaces have been in demand, according to Aaron Lemma, the Corcoran broker heading up sales at the development. Some of the deals have been for units that will be combined to form bigger spaces, and all the sales have been for more than $1,000 a foot. The 74-unit building is supposed to get a temporary certificate of occupancy next week. The shots above show some of the interiors, as well as the terrific view from the roof. The current crop of listings is running from $519,820 for a 553-square-foot studio up to $2,025,000 for a 1,633-square-foot three bedroom.
