777 Saint Marks Avenue Sells for $5.75 Million

The headline pretty much says it all on this one. The 68-unit residential building at 777 Saint Marks Avenue in Crown Heights changed hands at the end of May for $5,575,000. At almost 80,000 square feet, the building traded at almost exactly $70 a foot or just over $80,000 per unit. Seems pretty cheap to us unless it’s chock full of rent-control tenants. GMAP
