56 South 3rd Street Sold out in Two Months and Closings Should Begin Soon

The new condo development at 56 South 3rd Street in Williamsburg hit the market in late April of this year and by the end of May five out of the six units were in contract. The final one –a 1,400-square-foot garden apartment — was spoken for by the end of June, putting the total sellout time at two months.
