  1. I’m guessing the photo was the one used by the agent in advertising the listing, no? Think it’s a coincidence that the photo was centered so that you think it’s one of the taller buildings that’s for sale (and can’t see the adjacent restaurant)? Nice.

    I think the restaurant next door is Applewood, by the way. So at least you get to be bothered by fumes and noise from a nice restaurant.

  2. ok. Must be the house furthest to left then. Propshark show 20X60 bldg. Just under $500 sq. ft. plus some finished part of ‘English basement’.
    Not as much of as bargain thought. But not so bad. Restaurant could be a major problem if has
    graden seating.

  3. Really only two stories with an English basement. Really long, poorly thought-out addition at back; back yard features windows opening into it from the neighboring restaurant. Originally listed at $1.6M.
