It’s come to our attention that the 15th Street house we looked at last May ended up closing last fall. At the time, we thought $1.4 million seemed a little aggressive for the area but noted that there was a big chunk of FAR that could have been propping up the price. So we were interested to learn that the house ultimately sold for $1,276,500. We’ll be curious to see if the new owner takes advantage of that FAR and hope that his neighbors will keep us posted.
