It’s tough to find four bedrooms in Park Slope, unless you’re talking about a house, so this new listing at 133 Sterling Place is bound to attract some interest for its family-friendly attributes alone. This building, known as The Vermeil, was completed back in 2007, and this 1,843-square-foot pad sold soon after, in early 2008, for $1,832,850. The new asking price is $2,250,000. It’s got nice light and finishes, and the location’s super convenient too. The price per square foot of over $1,200 is on the high side, though, so we’ll see if it flies. Horrid. No foyer closet, kitchen cabinet space for a family is a joke, bathroom tile is hideous, detest those vessel sinks – leave the damned salad bowls in the kitchen.
No coat closet?
