110amitysmall32011.jpgWhile the new owners of 110 Amity still have to go through the LPC before moving forward with plans to convert the property into three townhouses, yesterday confirmation came through public records that the rumored sales price of the building, $3,600,000, was in fact what the landmark sold for. Seller Time Equities paid $6,125,000 for the building and three adjoining parcels on Henry Street in mid-2007; public records show that one of those parcels sold for $900,000 in December. (Presumably it’s the one where a new townhouse is being constructed.)
