Local LIC realtor Eric Benaim in The Real Deal

Local realtor Eric Benaim – president of Modern Spaces (offices in LIC, Astoria, and Williamsburg) and formerly of Nest Seekers had a couple of pages dedicated to him this week in The Real Deal, a real estate industry-oriented publication. The photo of him at his desk is annotated, and here are a few fun bits:

“Before going into real estate, Benaim owned a company that threw electronic music parties.”

“Benaim bought and apartment at Arris Lofts in Long Island City after personally selling about 25 apartments in the building, even though Modern Spaces wasn’t marketing it.”

He also owns the fake British pounds created by graffiti artist Banksy.
