Last week we came across this list by the folks at Zillow of the “5 biggest turnoffs when touring a home.” We have to admit, we’ve seen them too, and wonder why people leave so much personal detritus out and about during a home tour. The list of turnoffs goes as such: pets and their stuff; toys and baby supplies; cluttered counters and dirty dishes; personal items and toiletries; and toilet and toilet seat.

Another tip to those trying to sell a home on a website – keep the photos clear of too much personal stuff, too (make the bed!).
