Queens, like most of NYC, is constantly changing – old places close and new ones open, bringing fresh energy to the neighborhood. Some are real necessities – a new branch of your bank might have opened up a block away, or a new drugstore has arrived. Some are really fun – new coffee shop, restaurant, gift store.
