The shiny Murano

Curbed likes to play a game called “real estate deathmatch” where they pit two co-ops in the same neighborhood against each other. The most recent deathmatch brings together 10-15 Jackson (#4A – $665,000) and the Murano (#1H – $560,000). They’ve also included the following tidbits to help one in the decision making process:

10-50 Jackson costs $105,000 (19 percent) more than 5-19 Borden Avenue, aka Murano. So what does that extra hundred grand get you? Well, there’s the additional half bath, the larger bedroom, the 60 square foot balcony, and the much more kitchen-y looking kitchen. But is it enough?

Apparently it is enough, since at the writing of this post, 10-50 Jackson has won about 67% of the vote, and the Murano has won about 33%. Head on over if you want to cast your vote.
