We learned recently that February is National Pancake Month. Pancakes, yum! Almost everyone we knows likes them (even if they think they’re not healthy). So where to do like to eat pancakes – where are the good ones? Are you an IHOP kind of person, or do you prefer to eat them at your local diner? The only really good pancakes I’ve found so far in Astoria are the corn flapjacks at Ovelia. Anyone have any other recommendations? When I lived in Prospect Heights I loved all the crazy pancake choices at Tom’s.
