12-Story Hotel Nearing Completion on Prince Street in Flushing

A 12-story at 36-27 Prince Street is nearing completion. The modern-looking building is just to the north of the commercial center of Flushing and will have a total of 35,000 square feet. The project required a special waiver from the FAA back in 2011 as any project in the area greater than eight stories has to do because of the proximity to Laguardia Airport.
