This seems like a decent prewar one-bedroom rental apartment. It’s got a couple cute nooks, the original doors and trim, and some nice hardwood floors. Except for the sink, the bathroom looks mostly original and appears to be in good condition. The kitchen is your standard Home Depot job, but serviceable. Does the price of $1,750 a month seem reasonable for this neck of the woods?

This is a prime Astoria location, and the price seems more than reasonable for a 1 bedroom in this area. (It’s probably rent-stabalized, anyways?)
