Queens Theatre puts its money where its marriage is. Premiering tonight, You Say Tomato, I Say Shut Up! is a hilarious-yet-moving drama written by and starring a real-life couple. Annabelle Gurwitch (Dinner and a Movie, Fired!) and Jeff Kahn (The Ben Stiller Show, Forty Year Old Virgin), who got hitched 17 years ago, take the audience on a 75-minute tour-de-force. After trials and tribulations enhanced by opposing personalities, the spouses learn to navigate their conflicts by embracing each other’s differences, taking on parenting as a competitive sport and dropping out of couple’s therapy. The show will run through Dec. 9 as follows: Fri., 7:30pm; Sat., 8pm; matinees Wed. and Sat., 2pm; and Sun., 3pm.
