The 1970s was a turbulent decade in the U.S., marked by the Vietnam War, the Iranian Revolution, Watergate and the Oil Crisis. But it was also the Golden Age of Disco, a phenomenon that affected music tastes, fashion trends and, of course, hairstyles. (For better or worse.) The Trammps, a soul group from Philadelphia, epitomized the era with its 1976 smash hit “Disco Inferno,” featuring the chorus “Burn, Bay, Burn.” On January 18, Resorts World Casino NYC will boogie down memory lane with a live performance by The Trammps, who will be joined by France Joli, who is best known for “Come to Me,” Carol Douglas of “Midnight Love Affair” fame and the inimitable Disco Unlimited.
Resorts World Casino New York City
