A Treasure Hidden at the Airport
The rotunda at the Marine Air Terminal at LaGuardia is decorated with a beautiful mural dating from 1939. It’s the last mural ever commissioned by the WPA. And it’s open to the public. Read all about it on Brownstoner Queens.

We took a Delta Shuttle fight from this terminal last year. It was the most pleasant experience at an airport. We breezed thru security in 5 minutes. Lots of business travelers.
The terminal was great. We spent time looking around. It felt very nostalgic.
