But at the end of the day, you’re still living off the J train and paying $1,166 a bedroom. Do you think it’s worth it?

when i lived in williamsburg – it was 20 minutes swipe to turnstyle to get from Marcy to Delancey – so i call bullshit on this 10 minutes to manhattan from the ass-end of bed-stuy.

YEs, the Jtrain is a great means of transportation to MAnhattan, but Its no one that’s new to Brooklyn but you I guess. Rentnext to the J corridor, hasn’t reached 1166 a bedroom. Its about 1k per bedroom currently.
Next to the L stop or the G stop rents have reached 1200 plus a bedroom. Not here.
