Devilish associations with the address aside, here’s a cozy little 1.5-bedroom, two-bath apartment in the heart of Bed Stuy. It’s got a pleasant prewar feel with original plank hardwood floors, interesting arched doorways, decorative mantels and a dressing area with closet space off the larger bedroom. At 900 square feet, the apartment has a decently sized living room and a rather small second (half) bedroom. Seems reasonable for $1,900 a month, but that nine-block walk to the A/C at Utica is a hike.
