We’re on the fence about this two-bedroom in Bed Stuy. It’s reasonably sized (900 square feet, according to the listing), with a pretty standard renovation, plus a decorative fireplace and French doors. The eat-in kitchen has stainless steel appliances and tons of cabinet space. There’s also access to a shared backyard.

And it’s FRBO, according to the listing, so that could mean no broker’s fee. Compared to prices elsewhere in Brooklyn, the rent of $2,100 seems pretty reasonable, but last we checked, two-bedrooms around here go for about $1,600. But there is that garden. What do you think they’ll get for it?
