It has new bathrooms and new hardwood floors, and plenty of cabinets in the kitchen. The decorative mantel adds a little character too. The location is about four and a half blocks from the G train at Bedford-Nostrand and nine blocks from the A/C at Nostrand. Overall, it’s not a bad deal for $933 a bedroom. What are your thoughts on it for $2,800 a month?
