I went to 1114 Nostrand btwn Maple and Midwood on Sunday and this place does not exist. It is It is a gated up empty building. It was very cold that day and we waisted about an hour of our time. There is no listing for this place in the Yellow pages. Lisa you need to get your facts straight before you post false businesses. Brownstoner, your credibilty diminishes when you don’t look into posts. Please do your homework in the future.
Rumored, not [I hope] slated.
I didn’t know Starbucks was slated for Mike’s space. I used to eat there all the time and was shocked when I drove past there and saw it gated up. I hope something good opens there (and not another hair salon or cell phone shop).
This is slightly closer to my house than K-Dog and I’ll certainly try it. Still, I can’t imagine any new establishment shaking my loyalty to K-Dog. That applies even more to the Starbucks rumored to be planned for the former Mike’s International space on Flatbush and Maple [although, given Starbucks’ troubles, I’m not sure I give much credence to that rumor].
