I live in this building and it’s very well managed and maintained. The only issue is noise between floors. Problems between upstairs and downstairs neighbors is frequent and contentious. I think more and more about soundproofing.
This building is zoned for PS282 in District 13. Not considered as prime as District 15.
if people even realized how close this is to downtown if you work near wall street, this is SO much closer to work than the upper west or east sides.
15 minute commute to wall street, great schools.
i LOVE this location.
so close to transportation (2/3 and q) views of the new richard meier and grand army plaza, a nice grocery store on flatbush, etc.
something about this building i’ve thought interesting (in a good way).
Have seen the inside and its very nice. actually the pics don’t do it justice.
This location is SO much better that that of Richard Meiers’POS
