Holy moly….now I see why my friends in Ditmas Park and other parts of Victorian Flatbush are so happy!
BTW, The Japanese House has had a paint job which is lovely… worth seeing if you haven’t seen it in a while

I believe that is argyle road between albermarle and beverley in Prospect Park South.
