Here’s something that slipped through the cracks leading up to the holiday weekend. On June 25, Isaac Hager finally got approval to build his 12-story, 94,000-square-foot tower at 172 Nassau Street in Downtown Brooklyn, site of the former Mayfair building. Something we hadn’t realized before now: The 128-unit project will incorporate the existing four-story building at the corner of Duffield and Nassau. It’ll be interesting to see how that works out from a design perspective.
