174 Nassau Is Finally Rising

After lying dormant for years, 174 Nassau Street traded in February 2012 for $11,289,725.The current plan, a rendering of which is after the jump, calls for 125 apartments over 12 floors. When we checked in last spring, the developer was just getting ready to break ground. When we went by on Friday the second floor was starting to poke its head over the fence.
