With all the hoopla surrounding Thor Equities’ efforts to redevelop Coney Island, Forgotten NY stops by for lunch at Nathan’s followed by a photoblogging tour of the fabled boardwalk and environs. There’s even a shot of the now-dismantled Astroland rocket. His basic conclusion: “I suspect Coney Island will weather its current difficulties.”
