Wow! What a handsome block.
I wouldn’t say it’s bland but I don’t find “bland” inherently offensive. That CH is quiet and pretty aren’t really bad traits, IMO. It is my favorite neighborhood in the whole city.
uh
wouldnt that be homogeneous
You decided on Caroll Gardens for its access to the Cobble Hill Theater? Does that not sound a tad strange? Never mind the fact that from Clinton and Amity (where I lived for four years), it’s maybe a 10-15 walk to the theater. You may prefer CG, but CH is certainly not isolated from all the restaurants on Court and as far away as, gasp, Smith.
hmm – i guess i’ve found the perfect neighborhood for me though.
bland – check
hetero – check (a minority on this site it seems, haha)
genius – i like to think so
what is warren court?
you mean warren place?
CH is Switzerland compared with BH and CG. Nice, quiet and bland. Found a nice place on Clinton St years ago, but decided on Carrol Gardens instead for its access to most things incl the Cobble Hill theater and bistros.
