It is. I can see if out of my living room window. I won’t miss seeing it.
Is this the lot which has revealed a cool old decrepit brick building behind the blue house on the right? Because, if so, I will be sad when I can no longer see it.
You can find the floor plans on propertyshark. I also overlook it (I guess feral and I are neighbors). The truth is after living across from two empty buildings then a hole in the ground for a few years, I’ll take an eyesore. I’m afraid it will look like the brick building in the background of the picture, but I’m holding out hope.
It is going up fast, in fact, the picture is already dated as they put up the front wall yesterday.
a tip can just be a photo with an accompanying question of “what’s going on here?”!
those 2 blue aluminum sided jobs will make great bookends for the new place.
But when oh when is that hole at 232-240 Smith Street going to be developed?…been empty lot for couple years now.
I’ve been waiting for y’all to tell me what was going on there! I couldn’t even figure out what the new street address was…
*hides in shame*
Where were you with the tip, feral!
Actually, since they started again in January, this building is going up at a shockingly fast speed… I should know, I overlook it!
No worries. Based on the current timetable, we’ll all be long dead by the time they finish.
