Are the taxes listed monthly becasue if so this is no deal. Imagine shelling out close to $3,000 a month on top of mortgage and maintenance.
we used to rent here. fabulous roof deck and views from bqe side. heat is a nightmare and the elevator is always broken. still, congrats

There is private, gated parking for this building. If they managed to get an apt. on the Cheever Street side, as well as a parking spot, it appears to be a good deal. PS 29 is the local, and is a good school. If they bought on the BQE side, they’ll slowly go insane.
628/SF seems like a steal for a condo…but right on BQE – very busy/noisy – common charges seem reasonable – if schools are strong seems like a bargain…well done buyer
