If that house sold for 1.8M it was a great deal. I don’t care what condition it is in, or how bad the market is. It is gorgeous!
BRG: I live across the street and I looked in the dumpsters to see what they were throwing away and it was nothing but junk. Several dumpsters full of gatorade bottles, filthy couch cushions, vertical blinds, motorcycle helmets, moldy ratty curtains. I was secretly hoping there would maybe be some antique furniture in the mix… but nothing.

If I had a house to renovate (everyone say it together “oh, poor serpentor”) I’d be pretty psyched to see pocket doors flying into the dumpster, myself.
What’s the story on it being “haunted?”
