To my knowledge the garage is an original feature to this slated roofed home. Perched on a double lot, this custom home was built by the original owner who kept in mind the convenience of on premises parking for his daughter. Aside from the property on the corner of Dean and New York Avenue which has its garage around the corner, it is the only house on the block and among the very few that boasts a garage and driveway. The property is a single family house with unique flair, a must see. Due to the fact that the houses are set back the home is afforded multiple parking accomodations.
