Hard to imagine how any place that serves food and theoretically needs foot traffic to survive can do so in the short term here. Maybe a robust delivery business with low rents, but I am not sure. Good luck.

As long as we’ve been on this block (since 2002 – OrangeYouGlad on the corner of 5th & Smith) all of these locations have been unused storefronts/apartments.

Anyone remember what was there before?
That block is definitely changing. There’s Olga’s opening soon, a day care center opening soon, and a tattoo parlor that recently opened. By the way, that 1-story garage, 6,700 SF space, is also available for lease by CPEX Real Estate. Seems like a good space for a club or gym.
